REFUND POLICY

At Funny Shirt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

 

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that all products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email. Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address informed via email.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

Please note that all products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@funnyshirtcompany.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
